Cancellation & Refund Policy
If unfortunately for some reason you have to cancel an order that you have already placed, you need not worry much. Here are the norms followed by www.thehappyhandsstore.com in such a case:
1. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped:
We will refund the entire bill amount.
2. If you cancel your order after your product has shipped:
Once your product is shipped, you can cancel the order within 3 days of it being shipped by writing to email@example.com, citing reasons for cancellation. On the cancellation being accepted, you will be refunded the entire order amount after deducting the to-and-fro shipping charges at actuals (from us to you and back to us). In the event the product has already been delivered within that time, you will need to ship it back to us at your own cost. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment was made within 15 working days from the date of cancellation of order. Transaction charges and other related charges and taxes if any charged by your bank / credit card company in case of cancellations of completed orders will have to be borne by you.
3. Cancellations will unfortunately not be accepted beyond 3 days of your product being shipped.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. Depending on the nature of damage, we will endeavour to replace the same with fresh stock at no additional cost, subject to immediate availability of the product(s) that were damaged. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
